开发个人系统，我一般会和 AI 聊清楚我的场景、预期结果，方案由 AI 出，落地由 AI 做。先做出来用用，不合适再慢慢调整。其中会要求 AI 事先参考我的过往风格，另外也需要调查清楚市面上别人怎么做的再设计。开发过程，写 PRD 、写产品路线图、写 milestone 拆分。验收过程，AI 优先保证功能复合预期，其他的交互、数据流不合预期的，得人来。不然就越搞越离谱。

对我来说，能接受千篇一律的样式。大型商业项目暂时不可知。

我个人还关心价格，即性价比。到了当前阶段，模型提升带来的体验上升已经很难如年初 opus4.6 那样了。我自己写了一个 https://www.traktoken.com/ 用来比价。此外，开发过程中还发现国外金融机构在观测 token 支出指数，用来指导投资，所以复现了一个 https://www.traktoken.com/spend-index 。从落地页来看，后者目前占一半的流量。

卡兹克本身也有团队，人数还不少。收入构成上面，他们还搞了啥 MCN ，还多平台分发，很难说是单一公众号带来的。

确实如楼上所言，技术人（包括我）一看这都写的啥叽里呱啦流水账，拉黑不看，不如看一手的 X 消息。这不妨碍小白哐哐转发。我的好友关注差不多 1/5 的渗透率。流量大了，AI 商单就来了。

我很佩服他能天天更新，自己也在做这方面的尝试，也希望更多技术同僚参与其中赚到钱。

还以为说的正规短剧。我试过正规的，调一个 1 分钟不到的片子，花了一下午去了八十块。成果还是端不出来。综合下来，ROI 不高，也不在我的特长和舒适区里面。就搁置了。

想法不等于可变现的资产，帮别人分析想法，个人认为不是一个好的切入点。更好的切入点是模仿市面上已经跑通的模式，再微加改造。等到一定规模后，再考虑新需求的事。
