@lyu594 我这里网段没变，往其它方向的上传也正常，就是往教育网上传的被限了。跨网的话倒是早就发现限速了，不过这个貌似大家都差不多，也不是针对特定用户。

@xyz3210 tracert 看了下，从家到学校是先走到了北京电信然后才进的 CERNET ，还是产生电信的网内跨省了
