M1 pro 16 寸外接显示器的问题

电脑外接 DELL U2720QM 或者公司的一台 2K 之后，mac 自带的屏幕左右切换桌面空间就会掉帧，有遇到过这种情况的盆友吗？

遇到了，我是 14 寸 pro 。外接显示器掉帧大概是从 MacOS12 开始的，切换桌面，缩小窗口有时会掉帧。我 20 年底入的 m1 ，那时候倒是非常丝滑，更新到 12 后就不行了。
