试了下，确实在 Safari 点用户名没反应，点密码倒是提示填充，但不会填充用户名，Chrome 没有这个问题，Bitwarden 。

用 User-Agent Switcher for Chrome 试了下，选择 Safari ，也是可以自动填充的，你试试看。
