编译最新版的dnscrypt时出现configure: error: libsodium not found
libsodium已经装在home路径下并且把路径写入了 /etc/ld.so.conf
libsodium -v 中已经显示出home路径下的lib 但是编译还是出现configure: error: libsodium not found
环境是Fedora 19
