不仅仅要 root 吧，可能还得重新编译内核打开 nf 支持（我不了解 android 是不是默认打开了），再打包一个 iptables 的 binary 进去才能用。

iptables 操作确实需要 root，我不知道有没有其他绕过手段。
不过 Android 自带 netfilter 和 iptables binary 的，不需要自己去准备。root 完直接能用。 |
