我发现中华电信的DNS 168.95.1.1 在国内很不错。。只用电信。。不确定联通和电信

我找到了这篇文章，描述的是 XP 里面默认设置的问题（我现在的确在用 XP ），实际上 net stop DNScache 后就能 ping 通了
