有没有人遇到过访问用户 twitter 主页的时候返回 404？

我觉得很神奇，无论在本机还是远程服务器。
整个页面都是空白的，没有任何内容，Body 为空，有 Response Headers，状态码 404。
而其它人的页面是正常的，只有那个人是 404。是什么原因？
