我在 Linux 操作系统， Chrome 观看腾讯等视频网站的视频，流量上传报警就一直打报告。
那么要如何才能禁止 或是 限制 此类数据上传呢？

@billlee ....视频网站就是想省带宽费 毕竟流量很烧钱 不过一般用户上行都被 ISP 限制挺郁闷 http://www.williamlong.info/archives/3304.html
