使用 requests download 文件时 url 丢失部分 querystring 无法访问

    使用 head 直接访问得到的返回头是正确的
    headers 中'content-type': 'text/csv'
    reason OK
    history []

    使用 get 时则出现
    headers 中'content-type': 'text/html; charset=utf-8'
    reason NOT FOUND
    history [<Response [302]>, <Response [302]>]
    请求的 url 只剩下一个 querystring 参数了 其他的都丢失了
