Python不是万能的，完全这个需求要自己实现播放器，最好在VLC,mplayer这些开源播放器基础上做，都是基于C++的。
但一般同时同步播放，不一定需要那么精确同步，可以搭建rtmp服务器，用web flash来播放，这是很成熟的直播技术，延迟3-5分钟。 |

可以用 mplayer，控制是使用的 TCP（要么就是管道，我忘了），这样用 Python 控制也没问题。
