最近折腾了一个 AI 视频编辑小工具：
它主要解决一个需求：
给一段现有视频 + 一张或多张参考图，把视频里的角色、动物或者物体替换成参考图里的目标，同时尽量保留原视频的动作、镜头和场景。
比如：
香水瓶 → 换成一盆绿萝 跳舞的猫 → 换成松鼠 视频中的角色 → 换成另一个角色 保留原视频动作，只替换主体
目前成本和效果还在持续优化中，特别想听听大家对这几个问题的反馈： 1 、第一眼能不能理解这个产品是干什么的？ 2 、你会拿它来替换什么？ 3 、生成效果和速度哪个更重要？ 4 、如果一次视频生成需要付费，你觉得什么价格比较容易接受？

The perfume bottle to potted plant example instantly clarified what the tool does, so the first impression works. I'd probably use it to swap a dancer in a clip with a friend's photo for a birthday video. Speed matters more than perfect quality for casual edits, but if the output looks obviously fake, I wouldn't pay at all. A few cents per short clip feels reasonable, though I'd want a free trial first.
