设置界面有启用云拼音，但是就是没有动态调整词频的选项

可以看看 rime 系的输入法，默认都支持动态调频。

@bsidb rime 试过，我习惯左 shift 键切换中英文，不管怎么设置，总会导致 rime 进入拉丁模式退不出来，试过 shift 让 fcitx 接管，也是试过只用 rime 切换
