clash 类内核概率性监听失败求解

flclash 、verge 都试过了，如果监听失败这些软件也不能使用
尝试过管理器杀掉 clash 内核，软件内重启 clash 内核，无效
更换内核（ rust ）不太行，更换端口也是概率性能使用
服务模式安装再卸载过，但是“C:\Program Files\Clash Nyanpasu\resources”下存在前朝产物

管理员运行 uninstall-service.exe 只闪过去一个黑框

7980 端口被占用，你换一个端口就能正常使用了

盲猜上一次关闭/崩溃的时候，占用的端口未被释放
查看占用情况：netstat -ano | findstr ":7890"
